Magentic Studio
About the project
Magentic Studio helps small businesses adopt AI where it actually pays off: map how the business really runs, fix the process first, then place the right AI on top. Vendor-neutral, no kickbacks.
01 · The brief
Sell the process, not the tool.
Magentic Studio audits small businesses for AI opportunities, then builds, runs or hands over the systems that pay off. Its position is deliberately contrarian: most AI offers sell a tool, while Magentic argues that a tool bolted onto a broken process changes nothing.
The audience is small-business owners who are curious about AI, suspicious of the hype and short on time. They don't want a lecture on models. They want to know where the hours go, what it would cost to get them back, and whether anyone will tell them the truth if AI isn't worth it.
02 · What the page had to do
Turn scepticism into a booked call.
The landing page had one conversion that mattered, a free 30-minute discovery call, and several jobs to do before a sceptical owner would book it:
- State the thesis in one line and make it stick: fix the process, then add the AI.
- Make the case with evidence rather than buzzwords, and give owners a reason to trust a vendor-neutral adviser.
- Explain three very different ways to work together without overwhelming anyone.
- Show use cases a small business recognises, and publish prices so nobody has to ask.
- Give visitors who already know what they want a way to skip straight to a brief.
03 · How we delivered
An argument, built section by section.
We wrote the page as an argument. The hero leads with the thesis, “Fix the process. Then add the AI.”, and the next sections earn it: why AI only matters if it moves the bottom line, then the productivity paradox of the PC era, when powerful new machines dropped onto old ways of working changed almost nothing until the work itself was redesigned. Owners grasp the story immediately, and it persuades in a way a feature list never could.
The offer is laid out as one spectrum, “however hands-on you want to be”: find where AI fits with a guided audit, have Magentic build and run it, or deploy agents yourself on Qoren. Each option has its own card, promises and call to action, so visitors choose their route instead of guessing.
Concreteness carries the rest. Six use cases, from scheduling and follow-ups to support agents, data entry, sales and content, each lead to a dedicated page. The three-phase process of audit, build and maintain is spelled out, and the pricing is on the page: a free call, and full audits from €1,200 to €1,800. A “skip the audit” path sends buyers who already have a project straight to a short brief, and seven straight answers to the questions owners ask before booking close the page.
Visually, we went dark and geometric: a near-black canvas, a generative field of angular shapes behind the hero, heavy grotesque headlines and a single acid-green accent. It reads as technical and confident without robots, glowing brains or any of the other AI clichés.
04 · Built to be found
More than one landing page.
The homepage is the front door to a small content system. Use-case pages for scheduling, a virtual sales rep and real estate target the searches owners actually make, a growing blog answers early-stage questions, and a process page explains the engagement in detail. Organization structured data and an llms.txt file help search engines and AI assistants understand who Magentic is and what it offers.
The site is built with Next.js and prerendered as static pages, so it loads fast, and its analytics stay cookieless unless a visitor opts in.
