What we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we collect the name, email address, company, service interests, timing and project information you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use those details only to understand and reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible project and protect the form from abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Cookies

We store your cookie-banner choice for 180 days so we do not keep asking the same question like a needy ex. If you accept optional cookies, they may be used for anonymous site statistics. Declining them does not affect the site.

How it moves

Enquiries are delivered by Resend. Basic connection information is processed through Upstash only to limit repeated form submissions. Those providers process data under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing hello@thekook.studio.
